Where products are available for purchase, shipping costs and delivery options will be provided at checkout or communicated directly prior to payment.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures and product availability.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges applicable in their country.

Exhibition Pieces & Prototypes

Many works presented on this website are exhibition pieces, prototypes or development samples and may not currently be available for purchase.

Availability will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

Made-to-Order & Commissioned Work

Made-to-order and commissioned pieces may require extended production times.

Estimated lead times will be provided prior to confirmation of an order.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a standard purchased item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Bespoke commissions

  • Personalised products

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Items altered at the customer's request

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs where appropriate.

We will work to resolve the issue through repair, replacement or refund where applicable.
